At Stand Out Apparel Designs, we have a hassle-free 30-day return policy as long as the items are in their original condition. So Return Your Items as soon as you can. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have. Return Policy Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report set by default to the Printful facility. You will receive an automated email notification when we receive a returned shipment. After 30 days, unclaimed returns are donated to charity. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments you receive. If your product is delivered from Printify, please “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Wrong Address—If the courier considers your address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed—Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping them to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).
